DINNERS FOR 2026 SIS CONFERENCE


Attendees are invited to join us for the two subsidised conference dinners taking place on 9 and 10 July. These evenings will be a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow participants, enjoy great food, and continue inspiring conversations in a relaxed setting.

Indulge in a plated two-course menu in a beautiful lakeside setting, just a 10-minute walk from the conference venue at the heart of the UCD campus.

Friday, 10 July: Dinner at Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge

Enjoy a plated three-course menu served in a stunning Victorian venue, conveniently located just minutes from the city centre, beside the RDS in beautiful Ballsbridge, one of Dublin’s most distinguished neighbourhoods.

Guests are invited to savour the Irish summer in the hotel’s renowned gardens, the perfect setting for relaxed conversation and elegant dining.
